Hours Open:  Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

The Ashtabula City Health Department is currently out of seasonal flu vaccine

and have suspended all seasonal flu clinics until further notice.

 

Flu Shots are also offered in our office at 4717 Main Avenue every Tuesday & Thursday beginning the end September from 9:00-11:00 a.m.     Cost $20.00.   Medicare Part B & Medicaid accepted for payment.

 

Seasonal Influenza Nasal Spray available for HEALTHY people between the ages of 2-49 years.  No Seasonal Influenza injections available.

Mondays and Wednesdays 9-11AM H1N1 vaccinations for pregnant women and children 6 months-24 years.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 8-11AM H1N1 vaccinations for health care workers Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-11Am H1N1 vaccinations for adults ages 25-64 years with underlying medical conditions.

H1N1 vaccine- registration is available at http://www.odh.ohio.gov. In addition, registration forms must also be filled out at the health department.
