********************************** Ashtabula Fine Arts Hits the Web by Roger Smith
The St. Peter’s Fine Arts Series is sponsoring a web site where one can go to find out ‘what’s happening in and around Ashtabula County.” The web address www.ashtabulafinearts.org will take users to a page from where ten fine arts organizations can be accessed. Additionally, clicking on the request for a schedule of events will cause a calendar to pop up.
Each fine arts organization has the ability to list its activities on the calendar. When users see an event listed on the calendar, they can click that event for more information that the individual fine arts organizations provide.
General comments or questions can be input from the Home Page. Questions will be forwarded to the correct person for responses. Any organization which sponsors an ‘occasional’ fine arts related event is invited to forward that information through the “Info” site on the Home Page.
Current links which users can find on the Home Page are the St. Peter’s Fine Arts Series, the Conneaut Community Center for the Arts, the Ashtabula Arts Center, Rabbit Run Community Arts Association, the Ashtabula Area Orchestra, the Ashtabula County Choral Music Society, Big Band on the Beach, Kent State/Ashtabula Classical Concert Series, Pymatuning Valley Veterans Memorial Center for the Arts, and the Wellness and Total Learning Center.
