Last Day to Pay is Monday, May 24, 2021
Sewer and/or Trash charges billed prior to December 31, 2020 that are still showing as delinquent will be assessed to the owners’ property taxes in June. To avoid assessment, payments must be received by the Finance Department by Monday, May 24, 2021. Payments received after May 24, 2021 will be applied to the balance remaining on the customer account.
Please remember when your sewer & trash bill is late a 10% penalty applies. When the bill is still not paid, and then assessed to the real estate taxes an additional 14% penalty is applied. Save money and pay your bill on time.

The Finance Department staff is responsible for service billing and are available to assist customers during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Please remember that if the bill is not paid it will be assessed to the property owner’s real estate taxes. Bills will be sent to the landlord with a duplicate provided to the tenant (or name on the Aqua water account) as a courtesy. Any questions, changes or updates, please contact us.
